Schuyler and the whole family were so sweet with my pupper!

for starters, If I could give this zero stars I would, but since I have to give one than that'll just have to do. My experience with Schuylar was absolutely terrible, and I would not recommend her to anyone, and would highly suggest that Rover remove her from their site. She was supposed to keep my puppy all day, but only an hour into his stay she started messaging me constantly saying that she couldn't walk him and that he was bigger than she expected. His picture along, with breed and weight were all listed, and she stated on her page that she can care for dogs up to 100 lbs, and he is only 80. Her next complaint was that he was growling at the door, and that she "didn't feel in control of him", however anyone that knows anything about dogs would know that Cane Corso's are a protective breed, and that he's only only protecting his home. He is far from aggressive and to my knowledge showed no aggression towards her, her daughter, or her cat, however, she was "nervous" because a previous rescue dog had attacked her cat. Also for someone who claims to have studied animal behavior and likes to figure out the personality of the dogs she's caring for, she showed a complete lack of knowledge and effort in trying to make my dog comfortable in her home. Instead, she messaged me over and over saying she needs me to pick up my dog, when im the middle of a shift at the hospital. I can't state this enough, she is very unprofessional, unqualified, and flat out incompetent. I would not recommend her to anyone or book her even if she was my last resort.
