Pet care experience
Hi my name is Scarlett, I was born in Ohio on a farm and raised by a veterinarian and dog trainer, who taught me everything I know. I have been around dogs my entire life and they are truly my passion. I spent my childhood helping her run her foster care for dogs and it is my dream to someday open a shelter of my own. I currently live with 2 dogs (a pit and a dachshund). I work taking care of 2 young men who are mentally handicapped but only work 2 days a week so so I have good availability. I look forward to meeting with you and I promise to love and care for your furry family mates as if they were my own.
Reviews
Scarlett has taken care of my beloved Weimeraner, who is 12-1/2 years old, and who suffers from arthritis, hearing loss, and night-time anxiety. She has been extremely patient and loving with him -- going above and beyond to make sure he is calm, happy, and comfortable. I am very sad she has moved away, as I doubt I will ever find anyone else like her.
Scarlett is an amazing person who cares for dogs more than anything in the world. She used to work for petco as a dog trainer. I would trust Scarlett with my dogs in an instant and would not worry for my dogs for as long as they were with her.

Skills
Information Scarlett L. would like to know about your pet
I have a small form I have my clients fill out with juat basic information; any medications they might need, if they have any type of anxiety, a little background of their personality (because every dog is different), emergency contacts and veterinarian's name and number.
A typical day
I am a very active person and love going on hikes, walks and bike rides. I also like stimulating their brain by giving them jobs to do so they are fully exercised and tired at the end of the day.
