Pet care experience
Growing up as kids we had every animal imaginable: Chickens, horses, pigs, sheep, cats, reptiles and of course dogs! My siblings and I did 4-H for quite a few years, showing pigs and sheep because of this I know a fair amount about a wide variety of animals. We lived out of town growing up but we had about 10-15 neighbors in our “cluster”. I started pet sitting for the neighbors around 12 years old and ended up becoming the “go - to” pet sitter of the neighborhood. I have a dog and horse, Teal and Paisley. Teal over a year ago ended up having two little babies that we kept in the family. Teal is a Golden Retriever/Black Lab and the dad was a Purebred English Setter, the puppies were adorable. My mom ended up taking “Hoss the Boss” or Hoss and my boyfriend took “Winston Pinston” or Winston. They all absolutely love each other and get so excited when they all get to be together. I am moving from Walla Walla, WA to Corvallis, OR by the beginning of November so I thought I would take my Rover profile off of “away” since I’ll have some free time when I move. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Savannah did an excellent job on the days she was available and my dog seemed enamored of her. However, the day before the job was to start Savannah contacted me that she would be unavailable two of the originally booked days due to a “last minute emergency.” Fortunately, I was able to cope on my own, which I chose to do rather than trying to cancel and rebook with someone else at the last minute. So in the end, it was an inconvenience rather than a disaster. It’s regrettable that Savannah’s lack of dependability in this situation detracted from her overall performance.
Another great stay our Miyuux had this last weekend. We thank you so much for your great service. Again I'll say this,"I highly recommend Savannah." Thank you
She is amazing anyone would be lucky to let her watch their animal.

A typical day
My boyfriend currently lives in Corvallis and when I come to visit I love to take all different kinds of routes around town on my walks with our dogs. I really love the park that has the dinosaur bones and the bike path near that park is super nice too. I also just love walking around the campus because the buildings are so pretty and the trees are amazing. Lots to explore! If I do house sitting I like to do whatever the dogs favorite things are. Play fetch, tug of war or just hang out in the back yard.
