Dogs are just part of my normal day. I bring my own pup to work with me, so caring for dogs and planning around walks is something I already do. I’m available most Tuesdays, weekends, and after 5:30pm on weekdays.

I’m naturally attentive when it comes to dogs, and it really matters to me that they feel safe, comfortable, and understood while they’re with me. I try to keep things calm and steady so they can settle in easily and feel secure. You can expect clear communication and regular updates, because I know how much peace of mind matters when you’re away from your dog. I want you to feel confident knowing they’re being genuinely cared for. On walks, I pay attention to their pace, energy, and comfort level so the experience feels positive and not rushed. I live on a fully fenced 10-acre property with plenty of safe space to explore and play, which is especially great for dogs who enjoy being outdoors. I also have my dog, Walter, who is very friendly and loves making new friends if your dog is comfortable with that. If I’m entering your home, I’m always respectful of your space and your routine. I understand the trust that comes with caring for someone’s dog, and I take that seriously.

Growing up with both a small teacup dog and later a Malamute/Siberian Husky mix gave me experience with very different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I now have my own 10-month-old Australian Shepherd, and raising him has been such a meaningful experience. I’ve been consistently training with him since he was three months old, focusing on structure, patience, and building a strong bond. That experience has strengthened my understanding of how important routine and clear communication are for dogs to feel secure. In addition, I foster puppies through a rescue organization. Each puppy is different in age, breed, and temperament, and I genuinely enjoy helping them settle in, build confidence, and feel safe in a new environment. It’s important to me that every dog in my care feels comfortable, understood, and truly looked after.
