Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 18. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. Being educated I know about different pet breeds, their specific physical needs. I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. And given medicine a few times.

I know Savannah for over 22 years. The time I have an owner she loves to be around pets. She always very concerned about their well-being. Also takes her time with being gentle and caring for animals. She specializes on dogs. Always likes to take them for a walk and bring treats to them. As her personally she is very sweet and kind. Always thinking of others. Every time she comes to my home she spends quality time with our friendship. Savannah also does very well with other animals in the home. I have the privilege of knowing Savannah personally and feel blessed to have this sweet animal lover in my life. Her energetic, loving & empathetic spirit makes her an ideal pet pal. I have recommended Savannah to several friends and family. My pet is a bit difficult. I have a very attached and protective maltipoo! Savannah never gets frustrated by my little diva but always goes above and beyond to make my pet feel protected ,understood and loved.

By being patient and calm with pets that are withdrawn or scared. I would maintain their schedule as much as possible. When they are feeling comfortable, I will send pictures to the client, letting them know I’m giving them extra attention.

A typical day
I would take the dog for a long walk or hike in a dog-friendly area. Play fetch or tug-of-war in a safe, enclosed space. Have a relaxing cuddle session or give the dog a massage. Also, I would ask the owners what kinds of activities, games their dog enjoys, and go along with those. watching TV while laying in/on my lap, being scratched and stroked. Or play with their ears. And brush them.

Availability
I am working at a dog grooming store. And my days are Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. So, I am only available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. I will be able to fit in time and do this. If I am unavailable I will contact you.
