I have had multiple pet sitters and she is by far the worst. I would not recommend her to ANYONE. First she showed up without a mask when she visited to meet me and my cats in person (ummm... pandemic??). The first day she was supposed to take care of my cats, she stopped by after 10 pm. I had asked her to visit during the day (4 pm -ish). Plus she left the light on, so I had to ask her to go back and turn off the light. Then, when I came home from my trip, I noticed she had used the bathroom and left the door open. I never leave the bathroom door open for safety reasons (plus, I've never seen a pet sitter using my bathroom during short visit). To top of it all, it took her 4 days to return the house key without letting me know what was going on. I get you have a busy life (don't we all?). But if I'm told my key will be returned by a certain day, I expect it to. if not, I want heads up. and what I got was not an apology, but a rude message about how she's busy. Not acceptable. Never again.
