My husband and I were very nervous leaving our two hairless Sphynx kittens with anyone we didn't know as our friend of the family usually looks after them and we had never been gone for more than a couple of days and this time we were gone for 9 days. We reluctantly looked for pet sitters in the neighborhood when I came across the Rover site. I talked to a few possible candidates and was able to narrow down to two. When I communicated with Savannah, I told her that we had two hairless cats, so she went onto the web and researched the Sphinx breed proactively and I knew that she would be the one to look after our Lily and Rosie. I'm really glad that I had chosen her as she was very accommodating. Our religious requirement requires all who enter to remove their shoes and she didn't even look at me funny when I asked her. Savannah provided daily photo updates with a report card and kept us feeling comfortable for our entire Anniversary Holiday. I was very leary and hesitant in the recent news of pet abuse by the Rover sitter that I had learned about afterwards but I want to let people know that there are isolated incidents sadly but Savannah made me feel very comfortable and I know that she did a great job as when she came to return my keys the girls ran to get more loves from Savannah. I will definitely use her services again and hope that she doesn't move away!
