I am a hardworking law school student with a love for animals. I am gentle, loving, pay attention to detail and love to make dogs feel loved. Seeing a dog always makes my day. I often travel to my mom’s house to visit my childhood dog. My dog, a toy poodle named Bella, is 17 years old, so I certainly have experience in senior care. She is somewhat blind/deaf and can at times be very needy. She often barks and we are unsure of what it is that she wants, but I do my best to listen and make many attempts to properly respond to her needs, whether she wants food, to get up onto the couch, or to go outside. She is very picky with food these days but I try various foods and will sit with her while she eats because she likes that. Her barking and old lady attitude paired with her poodle genes can be very demanding, but I don’t mind because I love to make her as happy and comfortable as she has made me for more than half my life.
