My name is Saskia and I loooooove dogs, never met a stranger on four legs. From the time I was three years old, my parents heard nothing but dog, dog, dog, dog. When I turned 13, my persistence 'paid off' and we finally adopted our first dog from a shelter, I was in heaven. Ever since then, I have owned/ cared for/ loved dogs of any size and age. From Toy Poodles to English Mastiffs, from pups to seniors, they are cared for just as my own three boys are. There is Jake, a 9 year old Labrador mix, Janosch, a 3 year old terrier mix, and Gustav, a 3 year old English Mastiff, all adopted from San Antonio shelters and rescues. All boys are neutered and get along with any and all dogs. You tell me what your best friend needs, I will provide it. Raw diet, special diet, exercise, rest, medication (oral) etc.

Saskia is the best! She understands the Mastiff breed and she treats my dogs with so much love and care! Her pictures and descriptions of her visits make me smile and I feel better working long hours when I know my dogs are being taken care of someone as awesome as Saskia!
I need more stars for this review! Saskia was great - - she clearly loves dogs, and takes their care very seriously (while having fun!). She took my silly, hyper, leash-pulling puggle for walks twice a day while I was in town for a conference. My dog loved Saskia from the start, and got a great workout on the walks! Saskia kept me updated on everything and sent pictures of their adventures. So glad to have found her, I'm an anxious pet parent but I felt 100% comfortable with the care and attention Saskia provided. Would trust her for any service!
I am very thankful for Saskia. I give her 5 stars for her professionalism, and her genuine love of animals. She is friendly, easy to work with our four legged friends.

Since I have three very social boys of my own, I can only take in well socialized dogs to come spend time with us, my highest priority is that everyone is safe and happy. It does not matter however if your dog is spayed or neutered, all are welcome (females in heat preferably diapered). The breed does not matter to me, I take care of the dog in front of me, and he or she will get what they need to be happy during their time here. Of course, please let me know about any specific needs your dogs has, medication, food allergies, arthritis etc, so he can be as comfortable as possible.
A typical day
I live in the City of Lights, aka Windcrest. Our little town is very quiet and calm, traffic never goes over 20mph, so we enjoy walks through the neighborhood on a regular basis. Depending on how much your pup would like to exercise, I adjust the length of the walks. There is a doggie door installed to the fenced in back yard, so the dogs staying here can decide if and how long they would like to be inside or outside, sleep on their bed, take a nap in a sunny spot, guard the yard from shady squirrels etc.
