Sasha and Ivan were wonderful! Very communicative the whole time and easy to work with. I would use them again. My dog came back happy and tired :)

I’m not the kind of person who writes reviews if is not to say something good, but I think it’s necessary for other people to know what to expect from what they are going to get. It was my first time using this App because I needed someone to take care of my two babies for the weekend as I was going on a trip and can’t take them with me. I read the reviews and the profile of the people available to take care of them and I decided to leave them with this family because the idea that they were close and had experience with dogs seemed very good to me since one of my puppies is 17 years old and requires some special care because he is blind. During the days they were with them, everything looked good and they sent me photos of the two of them at night. When I came back after three days and picked them up, everything looked fine, they were dirty but it's normal if they go out to the patio or for a walk and I don't pay attention to that. On the way home I realized that the oldest complained a lot as if he had a strong pain but since he came inside his travel bag, I did not check him until we got home. At home I began to see the conditions in which he was, he was very weak and could hardly walk, his eyes were very irritated and he would not stop crying because of the pain. I got in contact with the people who took care of him and according to them he ate well and gave him his eye medicines but his physical conditions said otherwise. He's been back with me for two days and he's still not quite right, even his behavior is different since he's peeing and doing pup inside his bed, which he's never done before in 17 years. They both have a scared look and I don't know what happened to them and I don't want to assume anything because I wasn't there but I know my babies well and I know that something was not right. I recommend that you think better before using one of these services to take care of your dogs, I will never use it again.
