Horrible experience. Sasha was left with 6 pages of very specific notes. The most agregious thing was empty and dirty water containers for all the dogs, which I took pictures of. Sasha was nice and comfy inside, running the AC for hours on end even when it wasn't hot (per the hourly energy usage details on pge.com which also lists outside temperature). She was specifically instructed not to. My electric bill is almost $500 because of the electricity use while she was here. She did not feed the dogs as instructed, no egg for each once a day, no sardines every few days, and the amount of food left makes me wonder if she feed them twice a day and the correct amounts. I got no videos of her throwing the ball for one of my dogs who loves that. I couldn't get in the house because Sasha had the chain on the door, shouting she was in the bathroom. She was clearly trying to cover her tracks inside. She had bedding in her arms and claimed she vacuumed the master bedroom, which had the door closed when I left. She swore she hadn't, "moved" my bed or touched anything. It was clear someone had stayed besides her, without permission. Both showers had been used and she was washing 2 towels. The guest room where she was supposed to stay had paint scratches/marks from the headboard hitting the wall and rubbing the headboard paint off. The plants inside were all bone dry except for a few. I ordered her out of my house and off my property I was so mad. I told her she was not going to get a good review.

Sacha was great to work with and took wonderful care of our dog and two cats as well as our house while we were away. Very responsive and professional, a joy to work with. Thank you!
