Saran was great. We needed dog boarding on short notice and Saran was quick to respond and we were able to setup a meet and greet the same day. He sent us updates and photos and took good care of Buju during his stay, so much so that Buju became bonded to him! Definitely will be using Saran again!
I messaged Saran last minute in the evening and he graciously accepted despite having a policy of doing a meet and greet first. When I arrived he also showed me into his home so I could see the area where the dogs hang out and introduced me to his two dogs. I will absolutely book with him again!
Saran took care of our 1 year old dog, Roo, for 10 days/nights when we travelled out of town. This was our first time leaving our dog overnight and we were very nervous when looking for someone to care for him. As soon as we reached out to Saran about whether he was available, he immediately invited us over that afternoon to meet him and his dogs. With a fenced in backyard and a house with dog beds and toys, Roo immediately made himself at home. We knew right away that Saran was the right choice for us to leave our boy for the first time. Saran was very transparent about all aspects of care and pricing for such a long stay which was very reassuring and comforting. While away, Saran gave us photo updates every single day and was quick to reply to any questions. He reassured us along the way and made sure that we knew what Roo was up to while we were away. He was very flexible about pick up and drop off and amazing to communicate with. When we picked Roo up, he seemed very happy and healthy. After his 10 days with Saran, he was his normal self and seamlessly returned back to his normal routine. We are so pleased and would definitely use Saran again.

They will never be left unsupervised outside, even in my fully fenced in yard. I will always be with them, rest assured.

A typical day
I love to walk and definitely get 10,000 steps in a day! There is a lovely forest and Creek just minutes from my home...you won't believe it's so close to the city yet feels like the country in my neighborhood. Rain or shine, be assured that your dog will get their exercise and stimulation for the day. Additionally, I have a fully safe and secure fenced in backyard for the dogs to hangout in. It's a quiet area and a very safe space for pups to lounge between walks. Of course the pups can lounge inside too...I have a dedicated area upstairs called the dog den, where there's many dog beds, couches, toys, cushions, blankets, bones...a true dog centered room! I'm also happy to drive to awesome places like the Mundy Park, Minnekhada, and more! For me, it's all about the dogs being happy.
