Hello, I’m Sara! I absolutely love all animals, especially well behaved cats and dogs that enjoy cuddling and jogging around the neighborhood. Due to my career, which keeps me on the road at irregular intervals, I don’t own any pets myself, for fear of having to board them too often. That being said, when I am home, I have a nice big house that I’d love to fill with animals needing a home for a bit and I hope to own a whole house full of pets once my career settles down. I grew up with golden retrievers and Maine Coon cats - It was a lot of hair but a lot of love! I accept small dogs, up to 40 lbs., but the smaller the better! I do not have formal grooming training, but I am happy to brush your dog and even give it a bubble bath (for a small upcharge). I have a beautiful older home with furniture that is either gifted by family or bought from local antique craftswomen. That being said, declawed cats are okay, but I can’t accept cats that will scratch up my belongings. Similarly, dogs must be well behaved and house trained. Crate-trained is not required, however, they cannot chew on furniture or other belongings. Other than those requirements, I am completely open to taking care of your furry family members. Your pets are welcome to stay with me or I can drop by your home to feed, walk, and play with them. I have a huge heart for all animals and look forward to sharing the love with those animals I get to work with. Thanks!
