Hello! My name is Sarah. I’m originally from the east coast/Appalachia, moving here from Kentucky in early 2017. I began my professional career in 2014 and have been working with animals ever since. I have filled many different roles in pet care, starting as a dog walker and pet sitter. Over the years, I have worked in several different boarding facilities both in Kentucky and Sacramento, and also worked as a farm hand, groomer/bather, veterinary assistant, and more. The experience and knowledge I gained throughout those different jobs is what gave me the leadership skills I need to run my own business today. I also have considerable real life experience in behavior analysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, ABA, and autism, as well as having received certifications as a veterinary assistant and dog obedience trainer. Sarah is so sweet and genuine, she very clearly cares about animals and their well-being. She real good at cuddling pups! Couldn’t pick a better one.

Sarah has a genuine love for dogs and pets in general, and it shows when you see her with your pup! She is caring, patient, and truly knows her stuff. Even the most shy dog would warm up to Sarah quickly. She has a real passion for animals, and will work with you to make sure your dog is getting the experience you want out of a dog walker. I highly recommend her!
Let me tell a quick story: I went to visit Sarah one day, and she asked for my help with something. I was confused, but said ok. Turns out it was her cat's birthday, and she wanted my help making a birthday crown and doing a photo op! We all had a good time, including her cat, and I really think that captures what makes Sarah special. Sarah is kind, creative, and great with both people and animals. She's experienced with dogs, as well as with assisting people with special needs. If you don't book an appointment with her, you're missing out!
