I get it's hard for pets when their owners are gone for a little while. That's where I can help make it a little easier on them, and you. My boyfriend Roy and I are a team now. He as well loves animals and has a ton of experience with all sorts of them. I am a lifelong animal lover. I love taking the dogs for walks, or playing catch with them if they are the more active sorts of dog. If they prefer sitting on the couch for petting, that works for me too. They all have their different personalities, part of what makes pet sitting so fun for me. I currently have one kitty. Alice is such a sweetheart. I adopted her in July of 2019, at her young age of 15 years. I am considering getting another kitten in the future, but for now, we are a happy household of 1 pet. I also dabble in art, hiking, enjoying nature, cooking, gardening, and reading. I have tons of experience with all sorts of animals: cats, dogs, small and furries, reptiles, fish, and arachnids. I'd love to come to your home and take care of you fur (or not so furry) babies. I can also do things around your home such as watering plants, bring in mail/newspapers, other light chores that need to be kept up with while you're away. Why I love pet sitting I've been a pet lover as long as I can remember. We had a dog growing up, who to this day, is still the best friend I've ever had. And I have always had cats in my life. I do pet sitting for my parents and friends when they are out of town. Pets are not only just adorable, but are so heartwarming and calming to the soul to be around. We are lucky to have them in our lives. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering pills or other oral medication. I am not comfortable with injections. I should note, I do have some health issues. I will probably ask some questions, and will never take a job I feel wont be a good fit for me or for the animals. Having Roy with me also is a huge help with the energetic furry family members. For stays longer than a week, or long term/permanent walks or check ins, we can discuss a discount rate.
