Pet care experience
I have currently been volunteering at the Animal Refugee League for over a year now. I regularly go in and sit with the dogs to get them used to humans and allow for them to have socialization. From volunteering so long at the ARL I have had the opportunity to take trainings that help me to learn a dogs body language so that I can support them better. What you will love about me is that I get down on your dogs level and give the same love and attention that you would. I have the ability to handle all different sized dogs and can work with hyper or fearful dogs as well. I have grown up around dogs and in my adult life continue to walk dogs regularly. I have a flexible schedule, my own transportation, and am available when you need me.

Sarah is a warm and caring dog caregiver. She has walked our beloved Boston Terrier Manny. She greets him with an affectionate voice, diligently puts on his winter coat when it’s cold out and takes him for a good walk around the area. What I love is when Sarah sends me selfies of her and Manny during their walk - I can see how happy he is! She also lets me know how long they’ve walked for. Very trustworthy!
Sarah has been great with our dog. She is very prompt at responding to messages. She takes great care of Nellie and has been wonderful as a dog-walker. We hope to continue having her help with Nellie!
Sarah is a kind and loving individual who will always go above and beyond to make sure anyone and everyone’s pets are well-taken care of, nurtured and safe. She makes play time extra fun and caters to the exact needs of each specific animal. She volunteers at the animal shelter and has extensive knowledge of different types of dogs. I would trust her with any of my pets!
Sarah is a sweet soul that absolutely LOVES animals, especially dogs. She works hard to make sure that the dogs are attended to and have what they need - from a bowl full of water, to a well-earned treat, to the world best ear or belly rub. Making sure that your dog is living its best life while with her, Sarah cares for every dog as if it were her own.
