I don't have any pets of my own right now and I miss pets so much! I offer house sitting, drop-in visits, and walks in and within 4 miles of Danville. Additional fees will apply if you are outside of my service range. I care for pets around my regular job's work schedule. I typically work Tuesday-Saturday, 8 hours each day, and can't offer midday potty breaks. Drop-in visits and walks are before or after working my regular job. I love taking walks, playing fetch, and snuggling with pets! I've been pet sitting and house sitting since 2006. I've watched dogs 2 to 14 years old, 5 pounds to 100 pounds. These dogs have ranged from chihuahuas to rottweilers. I've also watched cats and chickens, and up to 5 horses. I've taken my charges on emergency vet visits and I've cared for dogs who have strict diets and need pills multiple times per day. My clients say I take very good care of their pets and that I leave their houses in very good condition. I video chat, and send regular photo and text updates to my clients because I know they miss their pets and want to see that they are doing well. Your pet's safety is important to me! If your pet wears a collar, I provide collar tags with my contact information in case your pet escapes. I also carry a "Pets Home Alone" card in my wallet with your emergency contact information in case I am in a car accident during the time I am caring for your pets. I certainly hope to never have to utilize either of these but they are in place just in case. I have handled minor home emergencies such as replacing smoke detector batteries at my clients' homes. Additional fees will apply if you are outside of my service range.
