Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs my whole life. Most recently, I had a special needs shih tzu, Lola. Accustomed to administering meds & can express dog bladders if needed. Dogs are family!

Sarah is an excellent dog mom! She currently cares for a para-pup. Her dog, Lola, is loved and cared for and Sarah is sure to meet all of her special needs. Her skills extend to all kids of dogs, regardless of age, training, limitations or special requests. I would trust Sarah with my dog any day!
Over the last 2 years I’ve witnessed Sarah T’s nurturing and nursing her then 5-year-old frisky Shitzu back from being completely paralyzed in her hind quarters with no ability to perform bowel movements to being able to walk and make on her own. A true miracle achieved via Sarah’s love and dedication. That’s how she would treat any dog placed in her care!

I have a fenced in yard, but can also take your dog on walks in the neighborhood multiple times a day. A dog park is a couple miles away, too! My husband and I will both be able to care for and love your pet. There is a baby in the house, so dogs should be non-aggressive toward littles. I have a medium sized dog crate available, and lots of space in the house for dogs to snuggle up, or get private space.

I can confidently say, I love neaaarly 100% of dogs I’ve ever met. At parties, parks, in atypical dog sighting settings - I’m definitely stopping to greet the dog. I can confidently handle older and special needs dogs, as well as rambunctious puppies.
A typical day
We have a fenced yard overlooking a canal. Our dog loves to hang outside and watch the ducks and other elements of nature. Walks are a must for everyone to sniff around the neighborhood and interact. Snuggles on furniture are welcomed. Since I’m home most of the day, the animals get LOTS of attention.

Availability
I’m currently home full time, raising my wild little girl. I’d love to open my home to extra love, and my schedule is very open and flexible. I can be available to walk dogs at your home starting at 7am and as late as 10pm, 7 days a week, with exceptions. Definitely available for overnight stays and daytime sitting at my house.
