Sarah helped us out last week with walking our greyhound Betty every day, and did a full day of daycare one of those days. She was absolutely brilliant, really flexible and Betty had a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Sarah again!

Sarah gives time and attention to our dog, who immediately felt happy and secure in her company. Highly recommended.

Safety, trust & environment

My partner and I are currently living in a flat with plenty of space, and a fenced in shared garden that is really not used by anyone else. I also enjoy taking the pets I care for on multiple walks throughout the day as we are a short distance from Lochend Park and Hollyrood Park. Occasionally, if I need to pop out, Callum will be at the flat to watch after your pet as well. So they will always be cared for.

Information Sarah T. would like to know about your pet

I truly have no preference. I’ve lived and cared for dogs that are super high energy, or those who love to lounge around and nap. Knowing their energy levels though can help plan walk schedules, and if they need to be administered any medication is also good to know in advance (plus any tips and tricks on how to get them to take it if they’re stubborn).

A typical day

If I am dog-sitting I typically wake up and take the dog for a walk. I typically work then from 8-11 and then take a mid-day walk with the dog. Following that I work from 12-5 and then after work take the dog for another walk. Usually in the evenings I am just at the flat, and then will take the dog for a walk around the block or out to the garden to relieve themselves before bed.

Availability

I’m currently working fully remote, so I am happy to watch after your pet at any time during the week or week-end. My partner, Callum, also works remote on Thursdays and Fridays, and loves dogs and caring for them as well. I have no real time constraints in terms of pet-sitting.
