I've taken care of pets since as long as I can remember. Fish, guinea pigs, cats, dogs, you name it! I used to work at a pet shop for about a year, and worked at a pet boarding facility for almost two years. I've pet-sat for multiple neighbors, family, and friends. Each of them relied on me to walk, feed, and possibly bathe their pets if needed.

Sarah is an amazing dog and house sitter! She was responsive and friendly when I initially reached out. She was on time and very conscientious. My Morkie instantly took to her and I knew she would be fine while we were gone for 24 hours. Sarah sent photos and videos of Kiwi throughout her stay. When we arrived home, she had even washed the sheets and remade the bed! She is very thoughtful and I will definitely use her again!
Sarah was very conscientious; we were very grateful to have found her! She texted regularly and took wonderful photos and videos to share. Our pets were clearly happy to have her with them!
We had Sarah pet sit our 6-lb schnauzer for an overnight. Madi was so happy when we arrived back home. Sarah had spoiled her, and she loved it. Sarah is punctual, conscientious, and really knows animal. We highly recommend her.
We were Sarah's first recipients of her talents! Because she was younger at the time and was serious about wanting to try out her talents on our dog, we agreed to let her "try" with our puppy. We were simply amazed at how well she did, being self-taught and no formal training. She took time and great care in training our sweet puppy, and also took the time to show us how to continue working with our puppy, so as not to lose the progress. It is quite evident Sarah's love for ALL animals, especially canines. Our dog, now almost 10 years old, is still reaping the benefits of Sarah's talents. If you want someone that will love your animals like you do, Sarah is the perfect choice, whether training, walking, feeding or just spending time giving individualized attention to your doggies/animals!

I will unfortunately not be able to board animals at my own home. I will, however, be able to make a trip/multiple trips to my client's home to walk, feed, play with, and love on (and clean up after) any pets my clients have throughout the day.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or medications ahead of time. I also require that each of my clients' pets, if they have a cat, dog, or other animal that is susceptible to rabies, provide a copy of the pets' vaccination records.
A typical day
I love to learn what learning style animals have and how they're motivated, such as if they prefer treats, receiving the best of pettings, praise, or a combination of those. Usually I will walk the dogs around the neighborhood unless my clients prefer me to take them somewhere special, which I can absolutely do! If requested elsewhere, most likely I'll take them to a nature trail where they'll be able to engage all of their senses (within reason, of course).

For my day (and sometimes night) job, I'm currently a freelance writer, so most times throughout the week are great for me to take care of your fur/scale/feather babies!
