Pet care experience
I'm a Medic for the Canadian Armed Forces who loves animals, running, and spending time outdoors. I volunteer for K9PAD, a local charity that provides service dogs at a low cost to individuals with autism, PTSD, and related disabilities. l currently have no pets of my own, but grew up with cats and dogs and have lots of experience with animals. Sarah is a great pet-sitter. She developed a good rapport with my pug and took excellent care of her while I was out of town. Sarah communicated several times a day to let me know what my dog was up to and how she was doing. She also left my place clean and tidy - bonus! I highly recommend her.
Sarah & her roommate did an awesome job taking care of our dog. She was very communicative before his stay and throughout. She even coordinated with my dad to do the drop offs & pick ups. Our dog was very content and happy with his stay got lots of cuddles & even some runs!! We were super happy with our decision to have Artie stay with Sarah & would definitely recommend her :)
Sarah was so great. She updated us daily and made our girl feel so comfortable. She was so accommodating as well.
Sarah was a great sitter. We arranged a meet and greet prior to my dog’s one week stay. My dog settled right in. Sarah provided daily communication and pictures of how Zoë was doing. She was also flexible with pick up and drop off times to suit our needs. I would not hesitate to have Zoë stay again! Thank you Sarah!

A typical day
I'm a trail runner and would be happy to take your dog running on local trails if they're up for it. Otherwise, there's a dog park right across the street, where we can run and play, go for walks around the neighbourhood, or just snuggle up on the couch. Whatever they enjoy most.

Availability
I work full-time but am an early riser and available on weekdays before 7:00 AM as well as after 3:30 PM. If boarding your pet, I am able to come home at lunch time and I have a roommate that works from home who is an animal lover and able to care for your pet as well. I am available for all services on the weekends.
