Fun farm days
Pet care experience
When I was ten years old I started walking dogs and hosting neighborhood dog shows. Now we have a beautiful farm set way back from the road, and our dog is looking for playmates to visit! I grow vegetables and flowers on the farm. I walk my dogs around early in the morning, work a few hours and then have most of the day flexible to supervise play between work projects. I prefer to host dogs, who are not flight risks. If your dog bolts off leash, they wouldn’t be a good fit. But if your dog lives to play, run, swim, and explore, they will love their stay on our farm.

Sarah provided excellent care for my Doodle over an extended stay. Her home and farm was a perfect locale for my active dog. Her dog was very friendly and playful. I highly recommend Sarah. She is great!
We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our pup than Sarah! She provided a fun loving home away from home for him. He did develop an issue with some hot spots, but she was right on top of it; contacting me and getting him to our vet, giving him his medication. He had a great time getting to hang with her dog and we were happy he was in capable hands. Would highly recommend her!
Sarah has watched my dog for me & has even taught her new tricks. Sarah is wonderful with all kinds of animals. She has a lovely farm where she somehow manages to keep all kinds of plants thriving too!

Since we don’t have a fenced in yard, it’s very important that your dog has a strong recall and desire to stick with the pack rather than wandering too far from the house.
A typical day
After breakfast meal, I’ll take the dogs around the yard, as I work on my morning farm chores. Once everything is taken care of on the farm we’ll go for a walk before I put the dogs inside to cool down and rest, while I do some work in the gardens.

I work full time at home, on the farm, during the summer months, so I’ll be around almost all of the time to keep an eye on your dog and provide activities.
