I am a lifelong dog lover who works on a farm. I have cared for all animals, big and small, but dogs hold a special place in my heart! I work with two Great Pyrenees LGD on the farm and have my own fur baby, Missy, who is a friendly 45 # Catahoula mix who loves to come hiking, kayaking and basically do anything with my husband and I. We offer: *1/4 acre fenced lot: your dog will get to have the run of fenced our 1/4 acre lot with our playful Missy, who is guaranteed to get your tire your pup out! *Flexible pick up and drop off time *Active lifestyle, lots of daily exercise. Also happy to host couch potatoes :) *Loving home, your dog becomes part of the family *Positive reinforcement training. We use treats and praise to reward good behaviors and can reinforce skills you are working on. *Dog tag: I provide a temporary dog tag with my address and phone number while your fur baby stays in my home, just in case. *Depending on the temperament and hardiness of your dog, there is an option for your pup to come to work with me on a fully fenced 20 acre farm Because my husband and I have slightly different work schedules, the dogs are only home alone for 6-7 hours at most. In the evenings, we like to toss a ball in the yard, take the dogs to trot around the neighborhood, explore the nearby Salish Ponds or run at thousand Acres dog park. We STRONGLY prefer to do a meet and greet before hosting your dog. Requests with less than 46 hrs notice will only be accommodated by dogs we have previously hosted and met.
