Pet care experience
I am a writer, podcaster, and empty-nester with a 4 year-old brindle beagle mix, Woody, who came into my life after my beloved Pearl (14 1/2) passed on. I love all breeds of dogs and have lived with dogs my entire adult life. I will walk your dog 3-4 times daily and I also have a fenced-in yard, where I will sit with them. Woody gets along with all dogs. I have a flexible schedule and love to walk, so your dog (and mine) will get plenty of walks and stimulation if that’s what they like. I have a fenced yard. Also my home is very dog friendly - no place is off-limits. They can feel at home wherever they are.

Sarah was great! She checked in regularly to let me know how my pup was doing and responded right away when I asked questions. Coordinating the stay was a breeze. Felt more than comfortable leaving my dog with her for the weekend!
Sarah is not only my most loyal best friend but she is also that and more to the dogs, her own and those belonging to others, that she has had the privilege and honor to care for throughout her adult life. She makes her own dog her priority with walks, play, healthy food, and lots of love and pets, and will do the same with others dogs under her care.
Sarah loves animals and dogs in particular. I have known Sarah for 15 years. We have owned two businesses together. She’s a person I trust beyond all others. She has had two dogs since I’ve known her and is the most loving and wonderful pet owner around. She’s tentative, kind and I can’t imagine anybody I would trust more with my own dog. Beyond animals – Sarah is ethical, professional and everything you would want in dog sitter or house sitter.
