I asked for three things: give my kitty lots of pets, put the key in a given location, and give her fresh water. She did show up and give that cat some pets and put the key in the right spot, but I came home to the cat having only a centimeter of water in her bowl. I gave the directions to replace the water to Sarah in person and pointed out the bowl but did not include that direction on the website so she may have forgotten. (Yet, water is a pretty basic thing to remember when caring for an animal.) I also wrote a quick thank you note and left some treats and salmon on the table to give to the cat. Neither was done, but again, the note, etc., was probably not even noticed. She was in and out in about 15-20 minutes as my cat got scared and hid under the bed. I was not overly impressed, but still thankful for some last minute help.
