I was taught from a young age that animals are not just pets they are family. when you combine this value with my passion for animals you can be sure your furry friend is in the best care. My name is Sarah, I’m 28 and have 2 children (5yrs and 3yrs). Both my kids have grown up around animals and have been taught to respect all animals and treat them like you would treat your friends. When coming to walk or visit your dog I will most likely have both kids with me during the summer ( with your permission of course.) but never fear they will only enhance your dogs experience. My daughter is 3 and has become Bradys (my golden labs) new companion sense loosing his best friend to age. My son is 5 and loves all animals. He is energetic and loves to play but also can relax and would love to cuddle any animal who wants to cuddle. I work in the mental health field part-time (Friday-Sunday) but will be available after 3pm fri-sat and after 5 sun. If local I am willing to use my break to check in on your dog if you need that. If you decide to have me board your friend or even have them come play for the day I can assure you they will be treated like family. I have a med sized fenced In backyard for them to run and play. In my house animals sleep where they want and won’t be shamed for getting on the couch or beds we welcome it (unless it’s your rule and we will enforce it). In the past I boarded my neighbour’s chocolate lab a couple times a year. Brady loved have Karma over to visit and as she got older we would just alter the way we cared for her to make her stay as comfortable as possible. I have experience with animals who have medical issues and require medications. I had a cat who required insulin injections twice daily and my dog Brady has had both his back hips and knees replaced.
