Hello! I've taken care of a wide variety of animals, from small gerbils to large farm animals and a variety of different dog breeds! I grew up with a small dog (havanese) and now have a large breed (aussie/irish setter) that's 2 years old! I used to babysit english mastiffs, weimaraners, and used to date an individual with a golden that I cared for as well! My dog went through a phase of being reactive (extremely sensitive around new people/animals) which was a challenge. I spent a significant amount of time and effort on training and thankfully we have made great progress! With that being said, I am more than comfortable working with any type of personality and am more than understanding with dogs that take time to warm up! I also know how to redirect on walks, work on training, and make sure dogs are only in situations that they are comfortable with!
