I have had dogs in my life since I was seven. I adore them, all sizes and breeds. I like to take the time to get to know the animals. No two dogs are the same and I think it is important to understand what makes each one happy, sad, scared, or excited. I believe in raw treats and keep a baggy of skinless apples and peeled carrot sticks for the dogs I walk with. Hygiene is of the utmost importance so I also carry a packet of doggy cleansing sheets. I can administer medications and clean teeth. I prefer not to cut nails, but I do trim and file them. I have my own doggy nail shaper, clippers, brushes, and more. I try to be prepared for any situation so I keep a small container of styptic powder as well.
