At my house I had seven critters, ranging from a 16 year old cat and 12 year old, 100 pound golden lab, and four year old pittie pound puppy to an eight week, maybe five pound rescue pup, a persian, siamese, and a short hair kitty between one and eight years old, and from the shelter. My oldest pup has epilepsy that requires twice daily medication, most of our critters are on supplements, so unfortunately I've had to become comfortable with giving medication and staying calm in emergencies. I also work for a rescue animal transport, driving up to 25 animals cross country. We make sure they're fed, watered, and walked multiple times a day.
