I’ve grown up with pets my whole life. My mother (a farmer’s daughter and animal science expert) taught me everything I know to care for dogs, cats, horses, and rodents. I am great at bonding with and working with animals. I have been pet sitting for neighbors and family friends since I was about 10 or 11. I also have volunteered for an animal shelter in Taiwan as a college student, helping the organization with walking and playing with stray dogs and cats. Personally, I own a cat but I’ve grown up with dogs, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, mice, guinea pigs, rats, and horses. I love working with dogs and cats and have lots of energy to make sure your pet gets the playtime he or she needs while you’re gone. I’m also happy to help if you have any tiny creatures that need care.

With any new pet I meet, I wait for them to get used to me and give your fur baby as much time as it takes to trust me. I am very patient and loving. I watch for cues from your fur baby to see what they need or want in our interaction. I use a gentle, soothing voice for reassurance.

A typical day
I love to play with your fur baby as if they were my own. If they’re playful, I’ll run and play. If they’re chill, I’ll focus on petting and cuddling them. If you are asking me to check in on a dog, I love to take them on walks and play fetch. For cats, I’ll make sure they have clean water, fresh food, and lots of cuddles. If you have rabbits, Guinea pigs, or other tiny creatures, Ill give them lots of love, food, and cuddles.

I can drop in and check on your pets easily during the weekend. Through March I could drop in to check on your fur babies before 8 or after 5 during the work week.
