I loved having Sarah stay at my house to watch my 3 month old Westie while I was gone. Sarah was great, she sent me pictures and updates throughout the weekend. Sarah is very dependable. Her love for animals really shows. My puppy loved her!!! I would definitely use her services again!

I would NOT recommend this sitter. I book Sarah to care for my two dogs while I would be out of town. One of my dogs is a senior dogs and requires some extra care. She was booked to stay the night at my house during the time I would be gone and let then out & care for them around her daytime work schedule. On the first night which she was to stay with them, she messaged me at 8:00pm to tell me she couldn't stay with my dogs, giving the reason, her fiancé's car was in the shop and they needed her vehicle to get both of them to work the next morning. In my mind, this still could have been accomplished with her staying with my dogs overnight. I was five states away and had to scramble to find someone to feed my dogs & care for them that night. Thank goodness the Rover staff stepped in to help me find someone else to care for my dogs for the remainder of my time away. I found Sarah's last minute cancellation immature, irresponsible and unacceptable for the reason she gave.
