My pet journey started out with a sweet lady black lab/chow mix I named Shadow when I was 4 years old. Growing up I also cared for hamsters, fish, and a tiny albino frog. Now at 31 I have my sweet and sassy Mr. Binx whose been kicking it with me for the last decade; he's going on 13 and he will live forever :) I’ve house/pet-sat for many a friend and colleague over the years. My own feline is diabetic, therefore I’m familiar and comfortable with giving medication & sticking to routines; I'm not afraid to care for elderly pets. I stay very active & love being outdoors so your doggo will be in for some fun adventures with me, with parental approval of course. I don’t emphasize socialization with other dogs out of precaution when on walks, but I'm happy to if assure me your doggo plays nice with others and it's what your fur baby is used to.

I like to know a dog's general demeanor or certain quirks in their personality ahead of time, including any triggers or things they don't like, no matter how small. I don't mind a spazzy fur pal from time to time, but when it comes to care in my home, I prefer more well mannered pups so as not to stress out my feline.
A typical day
My neighborhood in Gulfport is amazing for walking around town safely. I live very close to quite a few parks including a fun dog park! I love to play fetch and run around with them, letting them exert that energy so they're not so energetic inside the house. If they like the water, I really enjoy taking pups to the Fort DeSoto dog beach.

Availability
I work full time in Clearwater during the week, but am available most evenings and weekends. I live in Gulfport and love to care for my local pals, but I have about a 5mile radius I’ll book within for house stays. I prefer not to book Sunday nights if possible, but I’m always willing to work with new clients on whatever they’re needs may be.
