Hi! I’m Sarah! I am a dog mom to a beautiful plott hound named Birdie, who loves to host dog friends! If your dog stays with us, he/she will have a blast running around in our fenced in backyard after toys or lounging in the sun! Birdie gets along with most dogs, old, young, small, or big. Ask me about my add-on services (nail clipping and baths)! I grew up on a horse farm with 4 rambunctious dogs, and have been pet sitting officially for 8 years. My experience includes: puppy training, dog walking, house sitting/boarding, and of course playing! I also have experience administering medication to dogs. I have a very flexible work schedule, and can be available at almost all hours of the day. If your dog is staying with me, I will work from home to best accommodate your pup’s needs. I am on Rover to enjoy bonding with dogs and allow Birdie the opportunity to make friends. We love dogs of all breeds and sizes. I am looking forward to meeting you and your dog!

Sarah took care of our dog Zoey in our home - the first of what I hope is many experiences with her! Sarah exceeded my expectations from the first conversation we had. She asked so many thoughtful questions about Zoey so that Zoey was comfortable and happy. Communicating with Sarah has been a breeze. She is very responsive and gave us several updates while we were away which we really appreciated. We feel totally confident leaving Zoey in Sarah's care. Sarah is clearly very capable, kind, and knowledgeable about animals and we highly recommend her.
I couldn't recommend Sarah enough! She and her dog Birdie made our pup feel so comfortable and loved during her stay. She did a wonderful job keeping us updated with pictures and stories so we always knew what fun adventures they were up to. We absolutely loved her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, fun, and knowledgeable sitter to take care of their furry family members. Thanks Sarah!
Hurkie had a great time and Sarah was wonderful with him. I got pictures over my holiday break and was very happy to have left my dog in her hand.

A typical day
I live a pretty active lifestyle, so depending on the energy level of your dog, I will bring them on my daily runs/ walks around town. Your dog will have plenty of fun playing in our fenced in backyard with Birdie, and around the house with an endless supply of dog toys! I also have some really great housemates who LOVE when we have rover guests around— seriously they compete over who gets to sleep with the dog ?

I work mostly remote, with a few in person meetings from time to time. If your dog stays with me, I will do my best to arrange my schedule to fit the needs of your fur baby!
