Pet care experience
I've wanted a dog ever since I learned the word for dog in my mother tongue, but I travel a lot and couldn't bear to be away from my pet for so long. However, I grew up in a neighbourhood full of dogs and would rather play with the dogs than the other kids my age. I have dog-sat a couple of dogs, including a darling French bulldog named Pants. She was a picky puppy, but we bonded instantly! She had a sensitive stomach so we had to be careful to watch what she ate (though she tried to eat everything!), but with a careful eye, it was not a problem. In school, animal behaviour was one of my favourite classes. I can't say I'm an expert trainer, but I try to apply what I learned to read their body language and communicate effectively with your pup. Availabilities: after-work or weekend walks or drop-ins

Sarah is the most caring person I know when it comes to dogs. She has had several gigs dog-sitting in the past, and the dogs absolutely love her. They feel drawn to her and easily form connections with her. Additionally, Sarah is extremely responsible and can follow directions on dog-walking, taking dogs to the bathroom, and feeding them. I 100% recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable, easy-going sitter.
Sarah is incredible and is wonderful with dogs, highly recommend! She was my dog walker for an entire summer when I needed extra support due to my work schedule. My frenchie is terrified of new people, and warmed up to Sarah within seconds. She even let her pick her up the first time they met (and that's saying something!). Sarah is consistent and trustworthy. Her love for dogs makes her a great walker. My frenchie gets so excited every time she sees her.
Sarah M is a dog lover. She always wanted to have a dog but her parents did not allow it. While waiting to grow up and getting her own dog, she learned about dogs and grooming. I love squishy-faced breeds like frenchies, pugs, and boston terriers, but of course, all dogs warm my heart! I just require that your dog is potty-trained and well-behaved if they will be staying in my home. Sadly, I am allergic to cats, so I wouldn’t be able to do any drop-in visits if you have cats. It wouldn’t be a problem for walks though!
A typical day
I live across from a park frequented by other dogs from the neighbourhood. Your dog will love playing with their new friends in that park or in one of the other various dog parks in this residential area by Canal Lachine.
