I run a business that is fully online from my home, and I am also a PhD student. So, I am always home and will be with your dog unless I have to run an errand.

We take one longer walk per day and have many poddy breaks otherwise (ever 2-4 hours). Feeding will happen on the schedule you describe. I have a Pomeranian here but she can be separated if your dog has special feeding needs. Dogs are welcome on all furniture and in bed. Lots of toys around and my Pom will be so happy to have a friend to play with.

Information Sarah M. would like to know about your pet
We have no breed preference, but must limit our sitting to smaller dogs who are friendly with cats (we have one). We would need to know of any allergies, health issues, fears, and regular walk patterns to keep your dog safe and on schedule.
A typical day
On a stay with me, your dog and I will take a walk through the nearby historic Irvington neighborhood. We have toys and food bowls and a bunch of comfy blankets here at home to make your dog welcome as well. My partner, Bryan, is equally eager to have your dog stay with us.

Pet care experience
I’m a work from home PhD student with one dog and one cat. I’d love to board or day care your doggo. I will be home with your dog for their entire stay. I’ll treat your dog as my own: giving them frequent potty breaks, a daily long walk, and lots of scritches. My Pom Ellie would love to have a friend who visits! I have several rooms and can separate your dog for meals, if needed. My dog is very much a food-hunter so our home is kept safe from doggies getting in to anything not meant for them. I only sit one dog at a time. You’ll get lots of photos and updates! 🤍
Reviews
I was super nervous leaving my dogs in the beginning but I was lucky enough to have such a trustworthy and reliable sitter. 100% would recommend.
Sarah is simply wonderful. I have 2 dogs, including one rambunctious pup. She took exceptional care of them both . She took them on fun walks and gave them each loving, personalized care. Sarah truly loves animals. Bonus, she's awesome with humans too! She was really flexible when my plans changed on short notice, communicated very well and is genuinely just a good person overall. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
