Pet care experience
I've had dogs and cats in my life since I was little. I worked at a boarding and daycare facility for two years and I helped groom dogs (some cats) after that. Now I care for my two dogs and cats on my own. My heart is made up of these creatures. Having the opportunity to care for other babies is my dream. I've always gotten along better with animals, anyways. 😊

I love when clients leave me clear instructions on how to care for their pets. I prefer to not have much left to my discretion unless we have previously worked together. :) You know your dogs and cats best!! It's a privilege to care for others pets...trust that they will be as protected and safe as my own babies. I really try and meet each animal where they are, and mold myself to their needs rather than them to me. I know each animal is different, and everyone has their quirks. Please let me know if they display any kind of behavior issues that could even slightly pose as a risk to myself or others. I do my best work when I am fully prepared for what I might encounter. I am very thorough and transparent, and can offer as much or as little contact during our booking as you wish. I will follow any instructions as long as they do not put me or your pets at risk. Trust that I will convey that information to you if I have any doubts. I STRONGLY abide by 'Better Safe than Sorry'. 🙂 **** Charges may vary if your dog needs to be walked to potty, or can be let outside. Unless your puppy is 6 mos or younger, your service will be the same cost as the regular one.****

Any reactivity or aggression. This does not disqualify your dog (or cat) from being in my care. I have experience with both. I want to know any triggers, fears, things that help, etc. I will need to know any health issues. If you think it's important, I want to know! No information is silly or unhelpful.
A typical day
I am a big advocate for both mental and physical stimulation! I love indoor and outdoors games, as well as working on some basic commands and obedience training. I encourage lots of sniffing on our walks, and incorporating games into our mealtimes.

Availability
Alongside Rover, I have another job that I work around 10-5, give or take, during the week. My schedule changes and I sometimes have days off, but typically I am unavailable during that time unless something is worked out in advance. I am best for morning or night visits. I am super flexible and more than happy to accommodate almost anything so please reach out and I will always do what I can to help you!! My long term goal as a sitter is to build a clientele with families who would like to work together for an extended period of time!! I believe this is such a personal business, and I would love the opportunity to become an entrusted, go-to sitter for your family. So while I am certainly available for last minute vacations or single occurrence drop by's, I am also open to working together long term. :)
