Hi! My name is Sarah, I am the proud owner of Vacation Pet Care, LLC. As a licensed, insured, and bonded pet care provider, I am committed to delivering exceptional care to your furry family members! I have been offering pet services full time from home for over a year and over 15 years of part-time pet sitting. I have a strong passion for providing exceptional service for pets and their parents. My husband, Charlie, and I own our home on a low traffic street with a large fenced yard. Our two sweet little chihuahuas, Dezaray and Calvin, are eager to sniff up their new friends. 🌴Boarding and daycare🌴 I spend day and night at home with my boarding and daycare dogs; nearly constant care. I provide a cozy home environment with an abundance of playtime and snuggles! We spend our days playing fetch and tug in the big yard and snuggled up on the couch or spare bed. I enjoy walking the dogs to Lions Park, the interurban trail, and the Pet Nutrition for a treat. I love to use food puzzles and feeder toys at dinner and snack times or when extra mental stimulation is needed. I have a variety of snuffle mats and lick mats, kongs, and puzzles too keep things interesting for your pups! 🌿Outside in the yard we have a dog pool I fill every warm day, kiddy play equipment for them to explore, a tree-hung tugger, so many toys and balls and smells GALORE👃🐕

Sarah was great with my young Golden Retriever during his 4 day stay. He didn't want to leave when I came to pick him up.
Sarah always goes above and beyond to take care of our dog, and I love that she sends updates often throughout the stay. I love seeing the pictures of our boy playing and having fun, and I never have any worries that he's receiving tons of care and affection while we're away.
Monkey had a great time and Sarah did a wonderful job taking care of him.
Sarah had our dog for 1 week while we were out of town, and we couldn’t be happier with her care. She sent multiple photos and videos each day and was very communicative. She was great about adjusting his playtime and downtime based on his needs. There is a big yard for playing and running with lots of toys to keep pups entertained. She gave lots of snuggle time and attention, and you can tell that she loves dogs and takes good care of them. Our dog was happy and comfortable with her, and got lots of exercise. We will definitely be asking her to watch our dog again the next time we go out of town.

To make your pet's stay as comfortable as possible, please bring their regular food and medication, labeled with their name and detailed instructions. Additionally, a well-fitting harness, collar with tag identification, leash and will ensure that they have everything they need during their stay. Optional to bring bed, toys, favorite treats, ect.
A typical day
In my home, your pup(s) will receive top-quality care with personal attention and the opportunity to make doggy friends. They'll enjoy supervised yard playtime, walks to nearby parks and shops, and a variety of engaging games and puzzles. I'm happy to work on basic training and redirection to help reinforce positive behaviors. I'll also provide frequent photo updates to help you feel at ease while you're away. Availability
I get up at 6:30am and go to bed at 10pm. Pickup and drop offs between 6:30am to 7pm. We play or take a walk before breakfast, rest and snuggle after eating, play until around noon when we have nap time and more snuggles on the couch. We play some more and lay in the sun if its nice before dinner a round 5 or 6pm. Last potty break and bed around 10pm. I care for multiple dogs between daycare and overnight stays, so your pup is sure to find a doggy friend as well as lots of human love! I incorporate some basic positive training into our playtime, reinforcing cues they know and practicing my favorite cues like 'touch' for recall and implied 'wait' at doorways. 🐾Drop in visits and dog walks🐾 I deliver caring companionship and enriching exercise to your pets in the comfort of their home and neighborhood.🏡 I often bring fun toys and puzzles to change things up for your pets while your away and give them a special fun time! You’ll be in on the action with ample pictures/video filled updates at each visit📸
