I had my own dog sitting business about 10+ years ago. I've raised two dogs on my own. I also work as a Veterinary Technician for over 3 years and have experience treating, pilling, taking care of dogs that require special needs. I have three dogs of my own - mini dachshund whom I raised as a puppy and two rescues: a boxer/heeler mix and a chihuahua mix. I also have experience with cats, lizards, bunnies, and horses. I am very comfortable around most types of animals and understand each breed has their own "uniqueness". I have taken care of dogs with special needs including bad backs, leg pain, and other issues. I am used to seeing many different medical issues at my own job and therefore understand the type of care most dog or cats may need.
