Pet care experience
I have always had pets of my own and I am currently an active volunteer in dog rescue; doing behavioral evaluations, bathing, and training dogs waiting for their forever homes. I have volunteered at several local shelters and I currently work full time at a vet’s office.

Sarah took care of our 5 (count them- 5!) cats while we were away on a road trip for a week. We have a senior lady with hyperthyroidism who requires meds twice a day, so Sarah did two drop in visits each day. She was so incredibly conscientious, with excellent attention to detail, and an obvious love for animals along with knowledge and expertise gained through working with the Humane Society. She went out of her way to communicate with us, and when one of our skittish boys had not been spotted in a while, she looked in every nook and cranny until she found him (sorry for all the clutter and dust bunnies Sarah!). She really did treat our babies as if they were her own. We are incredibly grateful.
We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter while we were away on vacation! Sarah took care of our four cats for 2 weeks. She sent daily pictures and updates, and we never had to worry about them while we were gone. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for pet care :)
Sarah is amazing with my pittie, Fergie! She respects my specific requests for Fergie’s needs and is always dependable. Fergie loves when Sarah and her girls watch her and she always comes home happy! Fergie is learning how to be around other dogs still and Sarah knows how to work with that, and I’m so grateful! 100% recommend!
Sarah was the best pet sitter we could ask for! She took care of our older, difficult cat who never warms up to anyone and she was able to get her to take pets and love! She was also knowledgable about senior animals and super patient. We are definitely hiring her again!

A typical day
I can offer several different types of mental enrichment as well as walks through the neighborhood or at Harmon Field. We love to snuggle and brush the dogs that are with us as well.

Availability
I’m currently working full time at a local vet’s office so I am unavailable between the hours of 7am and 6pm during the week. I work 1-2 Saturdays a month.
