TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS IVE BEEN GETTING::: IM BACK IN OAKLAND NOW! :-D Over the last 10 plus years,I've spent most of my time diligently honing my craft through mentorships, apprenticeships, various dog and cat related jobs,schooling for dog training and handling,volunteering,and about 5 years ago,I started my own business -Around Town Hound. In the east Bay Area I (As Around Town Hound) provided off leash hiking, dog training, on leash drop in visits, overnight stays, and catered to all of my client's dog and cat related needs...be it taking the pets to the vet, snagging them their food every few weeks, or helping with feedings and medications after walks/ or dropping in to do so due to an emergency/ staying late at work , etc.. Being the one to care for your loved-one(s) is an important job that I am honored to have and take very seriously; I have the utmost respect for doing things properly and thoroughly. If you need some help getting your dogs training up to speed, I'm also happy to integrate training into everyday walks; it's actually one of the best and most consistent ways to introduce and continue to remind them of many aspects of basic obedience training. .. I successfully ran my business solo,in the Bay Area for many happy years.I'm getting going again here, with Rover, And I'm always eager to meet new animals/humans to add to the pack! Over the years, I've learned the importance of catering to each client's/animal's specific needs;so please never hesitate to ask for/about anything your pup (or cat!) may need! Safety and happiness are my top two priorities when working with any client-new or existing.
