Pet care experience
Animals have always been my passion. From the time I could talk until 7th grade I begged my parents for my own dog, I learned everything I could about them, and I loved all the dogs I met (and still do). I have been training horses and dogs since I was in about 6th grade, and honestly tend to just connect with most animals naturally. Aside from working with animals for many years on farms and in the suburbs, I also have trained and cared for city dogs. At PAWS, I got the chance to care for and train dogs at all stages (I learned old dogs can learn new tricks!) Also I interned at a vet clinic, which gave me the opportunity to sit in on my own dog's surgery (as well as learn quite a bit about pet medical care).
Reviews
Sarah has been walking my dog for almost 6 months. From hikes to just backyard shenanigans she does an amazing job. Riley (my pup) always comes home tired and ready for nap. I definitely recommend her, she is professional, loving with the Riley and knows how to take control if needed.

Information Sarah L. would like to know about your pet
I don't have breed preferences, but I would love to know any special quirks about your dog before meeting them. For example, my dog's favorite night time snack is cheerios, and he has a sensitive mouth. Those kinds of things really help me offer the best experience for your dog!
A typical day
Having grown up in Seattle, I know where all the best parks and trails are. In every neighborhood there are fun spots to explore. Additionally, sometimes I'll bring along some homemade treats! If your dog has a favorite ball or toy for the park, we will always bring that along as well.
