HUGELY DISAPPOINTED! If I could give her a ZERO, I would. We were very clear with Sarah that we needed her to spend the night and house sit with the furry family members. She led us to believe she completely understood our expectations and instructions. Unfortunately for our pets she did not do so. How do we know you ask? The guest room she was suppose to living in had zero foot prints in the freshly vacuumed carpets. Our young dog peed and pooped all over the house. She did a poor job of cleaning it up. And our cats multiple water dishes were bone dry when we got home. This is our first time using the Rover service and if Sarah is representative of the site we'll likely need to find an alternative.
