I never got my set of keys back after booking Sarah to drop in every other day to check on my pets during a week of vacation. She claims to have left them in the same place that they were left for her, but they were not there, and that spot had been covered by snow, so I don't see how they could have disappeared without obvious signs that the spot had been disturbed. She admitted to misplacing the keys the day prior (after failing to send pictures on a scheduled visit), then claimed to have found them, but her explanations do not add up. I did not find food, water, and litter in the expected condition when I arrived home, and she provided excuses that did not make sense. She did not refill the gravity feeder of dry food for my cats at all, and a full, unopened bag sat on the side table near the food bowl. The water bowl for my rabbits was full of hay and poop, and she never refreshed it. She claimed to think it was "supposed to be that way." She claimed to have spent much of her time cleaning up the same knocked over plant on every occasion, but it has never been knocked over before or since. It may very well have happened once, but she clearly was exaggerating and making excuses for not fulfilling the basic tasks I requested within the 2 hours worth of visit time she was booked for. She also claimed to have not noticed the cans of cat food on the side table, which were directly next to the pot she supposedly cleaned up repeatedly, but she used 3 out of the 8 cans. None of it makes sense. I strongly suspect she missed at least 1 visit, and I mostly likely will never get that set of keys back.

Sarah watched our kitten while we were away for a long weekend and was great. She checked in with photos and updates each day. This was our first time leaving our kitten alone for this long and it was reassuring knowing she was in good hands!
