Pet care experience
** IMPORTANT** It is now tick and flee season! Please have your animals treated or let us know if they have not. It is in the best interest for your fur baby and ours due to we live in the country. Thanks for understanding. Our outdoor animals are treated. We both have owned pets all our lives. Both children are also good with animals. They are 9 and 12 year old boys. I am experienced in giving medication to pets if those needs are required.

Sarah and Karine are amazing. I’m fairly sure Georgia (our Anatolian shepherd) would move in with them if it was possible. They are incredibly accommodating and so down to earth. They had no problem extending our stay by a day because of flight delays. They never hesitated to send videos and pics of our girl and always kept me updated. Thank you both for the easiest and best Rover experience ever!
Sarah was great with my pups! She had them for one night and sent lots of photos of them snuggled up on the couch after lots of running around outside. She even hand-fed one of my pups that wasn't eating!
Dogs had a great stay. We had to cut short due to illness. But they have a great fully fenced backyard which amazing for high energy dogs. They are a flexible and friendly environment for all animals.
Great communication and very accommodating. My fur baby had a great time, slept for 2 days after he got home. Big fenced in yard too which is great and he was treated like family! Highly recommend Sarah!

I have a fenced in backyard and lots of room to play. We have dog beds in most rooms and cat trees. We have 4 cats and a friendly 6 year old dog. We have cameras in most rooms of our house and can visually see and talk to your pet while at work. We also have nest fire alarms that notify are phones if that were to happen. If your dog is used to and has a collar to a pet safe wireless fence we can accommodate. if not we do keep the fence closed as we care for your pet.

Let me know if you have any special needs for your dog. I’m happy to accommodate senior pets, pets on medication, and pets in training. I’ll ask you to prepare a basic info sheet for me to use when interacting with your dog, so that we can be sure to follow all the best practices you’ve worked out for your particular dog. Dogs that we are providing care for must get along well with other dogs and be good with cats. We are not a kennel, and for that reason, are unable to provide care to dogs who are aggressive or uncomfortable with other animals.
A typical day
I like to go to the dog park that is in town and go for strolls at black bear beach. For cats we have a pretty secure back yard that our cats don't get out of if you allow your cat outside. If not we will ensure your cat stays indoors. We can also put in a harness and on a leash.

Availability
We are around a lot. We both work full time but my parents do live in an in-law suit below and are around a lot as they are both retired. I work for the military on base and have flexibility to go home and care for extra needs of pets. My spouse work in a dealer as a parts clerk and has her lunch time at alternate times as me to enhance the care of your pet.
