Sarah is a really grounded-feeling person. You just know she's a woman of her word. She spent more time petting the cat than talking to me during the meet-and-greet, which was totally appropriate. I trusted her right away and the pictures she sent were great - Miles looked like his normal self. I will definitely ask her again when I need someone to look after my boy!
Sarah was warm and engaging with JoJo. He was clearly glad to see her on her second visit. He was content and happy when we returned. We feel very comfortable leaving JoJo in Sarah's care.
