Hello! I have 9 years of experience working on Rover. I am an animal lover who has been raised around animals since I was born. I’ve owned and worked with dogs, cats, reptiles (and crickets), birds, bunnies, turtles, fish and many more over the years which leaves me with a lifetime of experience working with animals every day. I truly have a passion for being around animals and I would love to stay with your fur babies and give them all of the love, care, and attention they need and deserve while you're away! I have worked with countless pet owners through Rover as well as for friends, family, and neighbors long before I started working on Rover, so I am confident that I have the skills and expertise to keep your pets safe and happy! I take care of all types of pets. I’m always open to meeting new furry (or non furry) friends, so let me know if I can help out in any way! Upon request, I will also check your mail, water your plants, or do other small household related requests to ensure that you have no worries while you're away! (:

I care for each animal as if they are my own, giving them lots of love and attention. Cuddles for the cuddlers. Play time for the playful ones. Zoomies for the energetic ones. Safety is always number one. I carefully keep an eye on each animal in my care to ensure that they do not get into anything unsafe or escape. I keep all food and personal belongings put away and out of reach. I pay careful attention to any separation anxiety behaviors and address any issues as needed.

I generally like to know anything that you feel is important to look out for when caring for your pets. Do they have any allergies? Any hot spots that they shouldn’t be licking? Any strange or out of the ordinary habits? Do they typically chew on anything other than toys (shoes, socks, furniture, etc.)? Are they food aggressive? Any medical issues?
A typical day
I love being active and playful with dogs. We will go on several walks throughout the day. We will go outside to run and play, as well as play inside. Some owners request that I take dogs with me to nature trails or dog parks, which I’m happy to do (just let me know where)! I also love to cuddle and sit with (even sleep with) animals, so I do not mind being up close and personal if your pet is used to that and likes that kind of attention. Rest assured, your pet will receive loads of quality time and attention from me the entire time they are in my care!

Availability
On weekdays, I am unavailable from 8am-5pm (plus travel time) due to my work schedule. However, I will be available at all other times of the day. I will always stay overnight, as scheduled. On weekends, I will be available all day, other than typical errand running. ** For special requests, I can make myself available to provide full time care during the day and night, if needed. Message me the details and we can work it out. Additional fees will apply. **
