Pet care experience
I've helped care for several types of animals, from horses to chickens to dogs, and I always love the time spent with all pets (especially doggos)! I'm very outdoorsy and so I love taking pets on runs or hikes, however can also be happy spending a relaxing time with indoor animals as well! I recently graduated with a degree in Neuroscience and work as an ER Technician/EMT at the University of Utah Hospital, which I believe helps speaks to the responsibility and communication skills that I've developed, making me a reliable and safe pet sitter.

Sarah was so accommodating to my schedule while sitting our pups. we have a 4 month old puppy and she was very willing to be attentive to our ongoing house training. she kept our space tidy and went the extra mile to wash a rug our dog made a mess on. we cannot wait to have Sarah hang with our pups again !
Sarah did a great job communicating with me from booking to when she was watching Bandit. She kept me updated throughout and put my mind at ease while I was on shift! I would recommend her to watch your pets!

I can do whatever is asked of my in a client's home, as it is their home and I wish to respect their routines to my best ability. This includes feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, and if a little extra time or attention is needed I'm always happy to do that as well. If it's a dog and they like going on runs, I love taking dogs on runs with me, too! While I cannot bring pets to my home overnight, I am happy to bring them for a short amount of time during the day, to a park, or on a hike. I have a truck so I do have the ability to drive animals if needed as well.

A typical day
I love taking dogs out for walks around the neighborhood to get outside. If I’m spending a longer segment of time and they’re okay on trail, then I love taking dogs trail running or hiking as well! I have a truck making transportation fairly easy as well.

Availability
Because I work in the ER, my schedule can be variable, but I do my best to keep it accurately updated 2-3 weeks out. When requesting care I will confirm scheduling prior to booking, I always communicate it with clients in advance.
