Pet care experience
I have grown up taking care of animals (6 and counting!) my entire life and love spending time with them. Among my friends, I am known to be a big cat and dog lover. I also have experience training stubborn pets such as my own dachshund. In addition, I have dog sitted my friends' dogs of varying sizes and breeds.

I can't say enough good things about Sarah and the exceptional care she provided for my precious poodle Pearl. From the moment Sarah walked through the door, it was clear that she had a genuine love and passion for animals. She took Pearl on regular walks in the park, giving her the opportunity to explore and enjoy the outdoors. Sarah was incredibly attentive to Pearl's needs, taking her outside multiple times a day and ensuring she had plenty of exercise and fresh air. Not only did Sarah follow all of Pearl's feeding instructions to a tee, but she also took the time to understand Pearl's unique preferences and dietary requirements upfront. Pearl's eyes would light up every time Sarah entered the room. Sarah's professionalism, reliability, and genuine love for animals make her an outstanding dogsitter. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone seeking top-notch care for their beloved pets.
Whenever I am out of town, I always ask Sarah to take care of my cat, Lemon, who loves her! Sarah always comes on time and is a very gentle caregiver. She cleans the litter box, feeds Lemon exactly what I request, and sends me photos so I can see my baby when away! Sarah is also quick to respond when I message her to ask for updates and/or requests. When I come home, everything is exactly the way I left it. I 100% trust Sarah and highly recommend her!

I make and effort to gain pets' trust and keep them active. I respect physical boundaries and understand signs of stress and facial expressions. I frequently take dogs outside, especially when the weather is nice, and reward them with treats for favorable behavior!

Ahead of appointments, I will ask a few questions so I can cater my care specific to your pets needs. First, your pet's health is of utmost importance to me: it is important to know the dietary needs and regime of your pet, any medications they may be on, and your vet's contact information if anything goes wrong and I am unable to get in touch with you. Socially, I'd like to know their typical temperament, emotional triggers (my dogs don't love vacuum cleaners), and how they interact with other people on walks (should I keep them away from other people, do they dislike young children, etc.).
A typical day
I love taking dogs on outdoor adventures, but the activities and places I can care for them are up to you! For walking appointments, I can take your dog to nearby parks and around your neighborhood away from busy streets.
