Reviews
Sarah took such great care of my dog and communicated effectively! I would highly recommend her!
Sarah was amazing and did a great job taking care of our girl! She sent us the cutest photos and Mila seemed to be so happy staying with her while we skiied. She was also flexible with drop off/pick up time since there was a blizzard during the time of our visit. Would absolutely contact her next time we are in town.
Sarah is simply the best! I have relied on her a lot this year. My pup loves her. I feel safe and assured she is in great hands with Sarah! I highly recommend her.
Our puppy had a great time spending the day with Sarah! Highly recommend her and we’ll definitely bring Neve again!

I will work with you to provide the best customized service for your pet(s) depending on their specific needs. I give pets my undivided attention as much as possible. They will be walked, fed and cared for according to the directions and times you request. I occasionally have to work on my computer or need to cook dinner but pets in my care will always be played with, taken out for regular pee/poo breaks, taken for long walks or play time in the fenced-in park near my home. You will receive text and photo updates periodically throughout the day or during a visit. I don't usually allow pets on my furniture but depending on what they're used to at home, I make exceptions. I'm comfortable and experienced giving medication when needed. Dogs are always kept on a leash unless they're inside or at the fenced-in dog park.
Information Sarah H. would like to know about your pet
What’s your dogs name, age, size and breed? What’s their normal temperament? Are they nervous or anxious around other dogs, cats, humans or children? Are there any past incidents of aggression? Are they up to date on vaccinations? Are they spayed or neutered? Are they on medication or have any injuries? Do they have any food allergies or restrictions? What time do they typically eat meals? How much exercise do they prefer? How are they on leash? Do they pull? Do you allow them on furniture at home?
A typical day
It depends on the time of year and what activity your dog prefers. In the warmer months we can go to the dog friendly beach and swim. We can walk along one of the many forest trails for stimulation. Or we play fetch in the dog park and socialize. If your dog is very high energy and adventurous, we can hike up Shirley Canyon to High Camp and take the tram down. Or a shorter hike up Eagle Rock. If there’s snow, we can enjoy the dog friendly ski loop on the golf course or explore a packed trail. If your dog is more reserved, we can meander the side streets and wave hi to the neighbors.

Availability
Your pet will be my priority during it's time in my care. All of my work is currently done from home. Occasionally I will take pets with me to run errands, as long as they're fine riding in a vehicle. They will never be left unattended.
