I have loved animals my entire life, but hadn't always considered a career with them. During college I managed a dog walking company called Dogs Love Running. My daily life included walking, sitting, and boarding animals. After graduating college I decided I would find where I could continue to live out my passion for animals. I decided to pursue a career in animal welfare. Worked at The Anti-Cruelty Society for 7 years. I spend my days completely surrounded by animals, and I enjoy every second of it. You can trust me with your animal while you are away and I will treat them as my own!

Shiloh loved her stay with Sarah and Piper this weekend. We were able to fully enjoy our vacation knowing she was in good hands. Sarah was very communicative and provided lots of photo updates throughout the day. We will definitely board with Sarah again in the future!
Stella had the best stay with Sarah (and Piper ?) last weekend! Greatly appreciate all the attention and exercise she got during her stay and the frequent updates! Sarah was extremely responsive and flexible, making it a very stress free trip away from home. We’ll definitely be back soon!
Sarah watched our dog Layla for 10 days and I couldn’t be happier! She went above and beyond, sending daily pictures and videos and even coming to pick Layla up for us after we had left for the airport. Extremely accommodating and communicative. I have another female dog in my home that loves when dogs come to stay at my house! If pets are staying here, we will go on quite a few long walking around the Wrightwood Neighbors neighborhood, play in the apartment, and get lots of cuddles! Dogs are always separated when eating and I prefer they don’t share toys for safety purposes. In your home I will follow your pets schedule in order to decrease stress as much as possible!

I would just like a general personality overview. I like to be familiar with things that your dog may be uneasy around, if they are reactive towards anything on leash, if they have any handling sensitivities, etc. Their routine is very important to me because I would like to stick to it as closely as possible in order to decrease their stress level.
A typical day
We will walk around Lincoln Park, I live specifically in Wrightwood Neighbors which is a very walkable neighborhood. There are plenty of grassy areas to sniff and squirrels to stare at! We love to walk around the track at Wrightwood Park and see everyone playing.
